Hammer & Nails Grooming for Guys is seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Nail Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional manicures, pedicures, and hand and foot care services in a luxury grooming environment designed specifically for men. Your expertise in nail care, sanitation, and customer service will help create an outstanding experience that keeps clients looking and feeling their best. As a licensed professional, you will build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their grooming needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and providing personalized care that enhances their confidence. Responsibilities
Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, nail buffing, and detailed hand and foot treatments with precision and care.
Provide relaxing spa services such as exfoliation, moisturizing treatments, paraffin treatments, and therapeutic hand and foot massages.
Maintain the highest sanitation and sterilization standards by properly disinfecting tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with state board regulations.
Assess clients' nail and skin conditions and recommend appropriate services and retail products to support healthy nail care.
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' preferences and creating a welcoming, relaxing experience during every visit.
Utilize salon software such as ZENOTI for appointment scheduling, client management, retail sales tracking, and service documentation.
Assist with front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, managing appointments, processing transactions, and promoting retail products and additional grooming services.
Collaborate with barbers, stylists, and spa team members to provide a seamless luxury grooming experience.
Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques to continually enhance the guest experience.
Experience
Valid Nail Technician or Cosmetology license required; experience working in a salon, spa, or grooming environment is highly preferred.
Proven experience performing manicures, pedicures, and luxury hand and foot treatments.
Strong understanding of sanitation, sterilization, and infection control procedures.
Familiarity with salon management software such as ZENOTI is preferred.
Experience with retail sales and recommending professional nail care products is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
