EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
What You’ll Do in This Role:

Prepare the climbing wall for daily use, including setting up and organizing equipment

Inspect climbing equipment and the wall area to ensure a safe environment for all users

Monitor the climbing wall to promote safe use and appropriate behavior

Belay climbers and provide support to participants of varying skill levels

Respond to incidents and complete required reports accurately and promptly
-
Maintain a clean and organized climbing area, including end-of-day cleanup
-
Communicate clearly with participants, staff, and visitors

Track and submit accurate time worked
-
Support general recreation center operations, assisting in other areas as needed
