RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update their information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extraordinary organizational skills, deadline motivation, attentive listener, and outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
