Lead Residential HVAC Installer

We are looking for a LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER. We do not perform commercial work. Please note that strong English communication skills are required to effectively communicate with homeowners, comfort consultants, and coworkers.
What you'll do
- Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects
- Supervise and train installation helpers
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation
- Deliver the level of workmanship our customers have come to expect
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong leadership skills
- Pride in producing clean, high-quality installations
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to safely perform the job and communicate with customers and coworkers is required.
