We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This opportunity offers scheduling flexibility while helping residents regain independence and improve everyday function.
Position Responsibilities:

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, balance, and safety

Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies

Collaborate with PTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians

Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license required
