The Eugene Hotel is Eugene’s premier retirement community. We are looking for an experienced Culinary Assistant to join our staff in a part-time capacity. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing tables, replenishing stocks, greeting residents and visitors, presenting them available tables, serving food and beverages. The successful applicant will possess outstanding people skills, know proper food handling methods and cleanliness procedures. Must work well in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work Monday-Sunday dinner shifts, holidays, and occasional events. Must possess Oregon Food Handler Card or be able to get one within 30 days of employment.
