What You'll Do
As a CDL Cable Roll-Off Driver, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while safely operating our roll-off trucks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Safely operate a CDL cable roll-off truck.
- Deliver, exchange, and pick up roll-off dumpsters.
- Operate hydraulic cable hoist equipment.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Communicate with dispatch throughout the day.
- Use an iPad for routing, job updates, and documentation.
- Complete weight tickets and paperwork accurately.
- Keep your truck clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience at every stop.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screening
- Ability to pass a background check (if applicable)
- Authorized to work in the United States
Cable roll-off experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Climb in and out of the truck throughout the day.
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Bend, squat, kneel, and climb.
- Secure tarps and equipment as needed.
