Job Description: In this role, you will manage end-to-end finance operations for a local entity, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, cash management, financial reporting, and effective business partnering. The Role
As a Specialist, Financial Operation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health, compliance, and operational effectiveness of the local entity. You will oversee core finance activities spanning accounting, reporting, budgeting support, audit coordination, governance, and cash management.
From day one, you will work closely with local leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights, strengthen controls, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. During your first six months, your impact will be measured through timely reporting, strong audit readiness, effective cash management, and continuous process improvements.

What You'll Own
Manage accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Prepare monthly management reports, financial analyses, and reporting packs to support decision-making.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities through financial modelling, validation of assumptions, and schedule preparation.
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements for the local entity.
Coordinate internal and external audits, including audit preparation, issue resolution, and remediation tracking.
Oversee payment processing, vendor coordination, banking activities, and cash flow management.
Partner with business leaders and finance colleagues across countries to provide financial insights and operational support.
Drive continuous improvements across finance processes, controls, reconciliations, and reporting quality.
About You
You bring strong finance operations, accounting, and reporting experience, along with the ability to manage compliance and governance requirements with confidence and accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA are advantageous.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Experience coordinating audits, maintaining internal controls, and supporting governance initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reconciliations, financial analysis, cost modelling, and management reporting.
Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner across functions and geographies.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment while meeting critical deadlines.
