What You'll Do as a Sales Assistant
- Meet with customers in person to discuss AT&T wireless products and services
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every interaction
- Sales Assistants learn our proven sales process through paid, hands-on training
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs
- Answer customer questions with professionalism and accuracy
- Sales Assistants stay informed on current wireless promotions and product updates
- Work closely with teammates to achieve individual and team goals
- Maintain a positive, energetic attitude while representing the AT&T brand
What We're Looking For in a Sales Assistant
