We are looking for experienced bath and shower installation subcontractors to perform labor on bathroom remodeling projects. This is not an employee position. We are looking for independent subcontractors or installation companies that are properly licensed, bonded, insured, and equipped to complete professional bath and shower installations.
Installers will be paid per completed job, not hourly. Work is scheduled based on project availability and the subcontractor’s availability.
About the Work
The work includes installing 1-day bath and shower systems, acrylic wall systems, shower pans, tubs, fixtures, trim, and related bathroom remodeling components. Installers must be able to complete clean, professional installations and maintain a high level of workmanship and customer service.
Experience with 1-day bath and shower systems is strongly preferred.
Experience with products such as BCI, Jacuzzi, Kohler, Sentrel, or similar acrylic bath and shower systems is a plus.

- Operate their own company or installation business
- Be licensed, bonded, and insured
- Have their own tools, equipment, and work vehicle
- Be able to provide proof of insurance and licensing when requested
- Have experience installing bath and shower systems
- Be able to complete jobs professionally, safely, and on schedule
- Be responsible for their own labor, tools, transportation, and business expenses
Compensation
Pay is per completed job and varies based on project scope, size, and installation requirements. Pay will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of work.
Schedule
This is contract work. Installers work on a project-by-project basis and schedule work based on availability and accepted jobs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced bath/shower installer or installation company with a strong background in bathroom remodeling, acrylic bath systems, and one-day bath or shower installations.
