We are looking for a full-time marine service manager. Some of the following requirements and responsibilities include:
- Prior management experience is a plus
-Must have transportation and a valid driver’s license
- In depth knowledge of marine systems, repair techniques and maintenance requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to effectively multi-task several job functions at once
- Self-starter with good time management skills
- Ability to track calls, emails and meet and greet walk in customers
- Communicate with and update service customers
- Managing Personnel including employee schedules, tasks, and training
- Scheduling service appointments
- Assign work to technicians in a timely manner and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work
- Processing warranty work and ensuring technicians do not begin work before authorized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $41.00 per hour
