We are looking for skilled electricians who take pride in their work, have strong electrical knowledge, and are experienced with residential solar installations.
Interested applicants must be willing to meet the following criteria:
- Active Journeyman Electrician License required
- Minimum 1 year of solar installation experience
- Experience with residential solar electrical work preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and NEC requirements
- Ability to read electrical plans and follow installation guidelines
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in the field
- Must maintain a high standard of safety and quality on every job
- Lift and carry up to 60lbs
- Carry tools and equipment up and down a ladder
- Willing to learn the requirements and intricacies of PV solar installs
- Follow safety guidelines to insure 100% compliance at the job site
- Work in safety equipment - deemed necessary for your position
- Arrive on time to the job site
- A Vehicle will be provided after the training period
- Journeyman Electrical License - in good standing and OSHA 10 preferred by not required.
- Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
