Responsibilities

Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, food trays, and equipment using safe lifting practices to prevent injury.
Support food running duties by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during service and cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
Assist with in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering basic questions, and providing a positive first impression.
Operate POS systems like Micros POS to process orders or assist with guest transactions when needed.
Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those new to hospitality.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is advantageous.
Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts.
Familiarity with kitchen experience or hospitality roles enhances your ability to support team operations effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
Ability to operate POS systems such as Micros POS confidently for order processing and transactions.
