KD Built, Inc is a Private Contractor and Remodeling business located in Lincoln,NE. Currently looking for a part-time employee, 10-30 hours a week between 7am-7pm Mon-Fri. Ideal candidates would have experience with general construction, drywall, painting, moving, construction tools, and carpentry. Minimal Education/Training will be provided on the job if needed. If you have a tool set, bring it. Pay is $15-25.00 an hour depending on experience. Need 2 past supervisors for references.
Responsibilities:
- Able to communicate effectively in regards to detail
- Working in a timely manner to meet client deadlines
- Ability to read or understand instructions/blueprints/orders
- Preparing and cleaning the job site
- Working at different job sites, and performing a variety of mechanical skills
Requirements:
- Past experience using power tools, prepping/cleaning job site, painting, flooring, drywall, and finishing.
- Ability to perform heavy labor, such as moving and loading/unloading materials
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to read a tape measure
- Problem-solving Skills
- Mechanical skills to utilize construction tools/equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Basic math skills to perform measuring calculations
