Duties
- Prepare and cook various types of meats using traditional barbecue methods, ensuring optimal flavor and tenderness.
- Monitor cooking temperatures and times to guarantee food safety and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus, develop recipes, and ensure timely service.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including marinating, seasoning, and cutting meats with precision using knives.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked for daily operations.
- Provide training and support to junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.
