Peer Advocate (CRPA or CRPA-P)

Inter-Care, a private outpatient addiction treatment agency licensed by OASAS, is currently seeking a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) or CPRA-Provisional (CPRA-P), for our Manhattan and Westchester locations.
Join our multidisciplinary team to provide vital, non-clinical, person-centered support to help clients navigate recovery, build coping skills, and access resources.
Key Responsibilities
Engage clients before, during, and after outpatient treatment.
Assist with recovery planning and modeling coping skills.
Accompany clients to court, medical, and community appointments.
Provide non-clinical crisis support and link clients to community resources.
Educate participants on recovery pathways and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
Requirements
Certification: Active CRPA or CRPA-P.
Understanding of MAT, overdose prevention, and addiction services.
Pay: $26.51 - $31.92 per hour
