Our client, a global consumer products leader with some of the world's most recognized brands, is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join its Corporate Financial Reporting team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys SEC reporting, technical accounting, and working cross-functionally with finance leadership. You'll play a key role in the preparation of external financial reporting, corporate accounting activities, and the monthly close and consolidation process for a publicly traded company.

Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 11-K

Assist with financial statement footnotes, Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), and XBRL filings

Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial close and global consolidation process

Prepare journal entries related to share-based compensation, derivatives, employee benefits, and other corporate accounting activities

Develop monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership

Perform balance sheet and income statement variance analyses

Review significant contracts and research appropriate accounting treatment under US GAAP

Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new accounting standards and business transactions

Support earnings releases, board materials, proxy statements, investor presentations, and other external reporting

Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial reporting initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of public accounting experience with a nationally recognized firm (Big 4 preferred)

CPA designation preferred

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

Experience preparing financial statements for publicly traded companies

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills

Experience with Oracle Cloud and FCCS is a plus
