Greenville Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role includes implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and supporting residents in achieving improved mobility and function.
Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and overall function
Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
Ensure all treatments are delivered in accordance with the established plan of care
Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
SNF/long-term care experience preferred
