ResponsibilitiesFront Office
- Welcome patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
- Verify insurance benefits and collect patient information
- Present treatment estimates and collect payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Help keep the daily schedule running smoothly
Clinical
- Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take digital radiographs
- Provide patient education and postoperative instructions
- Help maintain inventory and organize supplies
- Ensure excellent infection control and clinical efficiency

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous dental front office and/or dental assisting experience preferred
- Pediatric dental experience is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
- Current CPR certification
- Current Nevada dental assisting certifications (or ability to obtain)
