Bilingual Manufacturing Production Supervisor Opportunity!
Monday-Friday, 5am-2:30pm, Rotating Saturdays

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, working with wood products and assembly equipment.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
Supervisory
- Experience and ability to lead a group of 70+ employees.
- Rotating workforce and product flow as required by ever changing priorities.
- Collaborates with other departments providing support and information to ensure timely productivity and department specific goals daily.
- Train, discipline, and reward employees. Recruit, interview and employ applicants for the department.
- Intermediate computer skills.
Technical Expertise
- Ability to read production schedules. Schedules daily production meeting.
- Experience with frameless and framed cabinets, parts machining, and assembly processes.
- Ability to generate material cultists and material takeoff.
- Ability to performance physical inventory.
- Read and interpret drawings.
- Manages safety and ensures procedures are properly followed, ensures safety training is consistently provided.
