Own It as Sales Lead
You will: Build trust FAST, solve doubts, close with heart
- Engage patients face-to-face in consultations and explain treatment options (braces, Invisalign)
- Build instant rapport, answer questions, and guide families to confident decisions
- Schedule appointments, manage leads, and follow up to get patients started
- Maintain records and ensure smooth patient flow
- Ignite referrals and be the growth engine through referrals and exceptional experiences
- Thrive on social connections and team collaboration
- Guide Patients on insurance verification, payments, and financing with ease
