*Job Overview*
The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of the central office and management of 119 units ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents. The Property Manager will play a critical role in upholding the standards of the property while fostering a positive community environment.
Property Manager will live on-site.
*Duties*
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site staff to ensure effective operations.
- Facilitate compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws.
- Manage administrative tasks including record-keeping, reporting, and contract management.
- Utilize property management software, RentRedi, for efficient operations.
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance services offered to residents or clients.
- Address and resolve conflicts in a professional manner, maintaining a harmonious environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
- Evaluate condition of units and overall property to maintain high quality. Troubleshoot and assign work as needed.
*Skills*
-Awareness of Fair Housing regulations and conflict management techniques.
- Proficient in real estate administrative tasks, including contract management.
- Experience with property management software is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel is a must.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative duties.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
This position requires a proactive individual who can lead a team while ensuring compliance and providing excellent service within the community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
