New Horizons Senior Living is looking for an experienced Full-Time HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team!

Our retirement and assisted living campus includes over 400 apartment homes, along with restaurants, theaters, billiard rooms, a swimming pool, commercial kitchens, mechanical rooms, and a wide variety of HVAC equipment. What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Service DX cooling systems, chillers, gas-fired hydronic systems, and variable-frequency drives (VFDs)
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose mechanical issues
- Work independently while also collaborating with the maintenance team
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (Friday to Friday) once trained and familiar with the property
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and HVAC fundamentals
- Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship
- Must be able to speak and understand English
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform a variety of manual labor tasks. Team members may occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds and should be willing to assist in other maintenance areas as needed to support our residents and community.
