Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to established bakery standards
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of baking supplies
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items
Experience
- Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role in a bakery or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking methods
- Familiarity with cake decorating techniques is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
- Experience in the food industry with a focus on pastry production
- Proficiency in working with knives and other baking tools
