SLP: $43–$46/hour
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. We welcome both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates who are looking to begin their careers with the support of an experienced interdisciplinary team.
Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals

Provide therapy services addressing communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia
-
Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
-
Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document services accurately

Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support positive resident outcomes

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey SLP license or eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship (CFY)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
