Position Summary
We’re seeking skilled HVAC Installers to join our growing HVAC division! This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of hands-on HVAC installation experience who is passionate about delivering top-tier service. You’ll be responsible for installing residential heating and cooling systems and ensuring each job meets our company’s high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install a variety of residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
- Perform start-ups and ensure proper system functionality
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Adhere to all local HVAC codes and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of residential HVAC installation experience highly preferred
- EPA certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
