Duties
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel, fostering a positive and productive team environment
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient shift management and seamless service flow
- Maintain high standards of food handling, safety, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency

Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management, restaurant management, or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with kitchen management practices including food handling standards and dietary considerations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in shift management, customer service excellence, and restaurant operations
- Background in culinary arts or related food industry experience is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
