Future BCBA Pathway
Many of our clinical leaders started as RBTs. AACT provides mentorship, supervised fieldwork opportunities, and career development support for employees pursuing BCBA certification.
What You'll Do
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, community, and clinic settings
- Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and record session data
- Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training
Qualifications
Required
- RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification with company support
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to successfully pass all required background screenings
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to work with children and families in a variety of settings
Preferred
- Experience working with children
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
