Navea Health is a physician-founded healthcare navigation and advocacy company helping individuals and families navigate complex healthcare with expert, highly personalized support.
We’re looking for a warm, highly organized, clinically experienced healthcare professional to serve as our Manager of Member Services.
This role is ideal for someone who knows the Northern Palm Beach County healthcare community, has strong local physician and practice relationships, and thrives in a high-touch, service-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Navea Health members and families
- Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
- Coordinate appointments, follow-up, scheduling, and communication across multiple stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians and practices
- Conduct occasional physician/practice outreach throughout Northern Palm Beach County
- Support member needs, care coordination, and healthcare-related logistics
- Manage calendars, meetings, and administrative priorities for the CEO and Chief Medical Executive
- Track action items and ensure consistent follow-through
- Help build and improve member-service processes as Navea Health grows

Required Qualifications
- Minimum clinical credential of Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
- Experience working in a physician practice, medical group, hospital, specialty practice, or other clinical healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape across Jupiter, Juno Beach, Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, and West Palm Beach
- Established relationships with local physicians, practice managers, or healthcare professionals
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) and the ability to confidently use cloud-based file sharing, scheduling, communication, and healthcare systems as required.
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology platforms and digital workflows.
- Reliable transportation for occasional local travel
- Reliable phone and high-speed internet
Experience in concierge medicine, care coordination, patient navigation, referral management, specialty practices, or supporting older adults and caregivers is strongly preferred.
