Step into a day where precision shapes patient outcomes. As our Swiss CNC expert, you’ll set up, run, and care for CNC Swiss-style lathes to produce high‑tolerance medical instruments and implants. You’ll own first-article quality, smooth production flow, and the details that keep deliveries on time.
We are willing to train CNC Lathe Operators!
- Start by reviewing work orders in the ERP and checking live status in machine monitoring tools; align priorities with the production plan to protect on‑time delivery.
- Set up Swiss-style lathes for the next run: complete changeovers, select and preset tooling, load programs, and perform CNC program debugging with on‑machine adjustments.
- Run first-article pieces, verify dimensions with calipers, micrometers, height stands, and comparators, and document results electronically.
- Deburr and finish components using finishing machines, hand tools, and fixtures to meet both functional and cosmetic requirements.
- Troubleshoot production gaps and quality issues proactively; tune feeds/speeds, offsets, and tool paths to keep quality high and scrap low.
- Capture lessons learned: provide clear feedback to CNC programmers and update setup documentation per change control procedures.
- Coach teammates in your work area, support cross-training, and drive continuous improvement around quality and delivery.
From NPI to repeat production, you’ll enable smooth program debugging, setup optimization, and sustained throughput—so customers receive flawless parts, on time.
