Eagle Fence is a Staten island based fencing company seeking an experienced estimator/ assistant project manager . Ideal candidate is required to have at least one to three years of experience in the construction field. Must be extremely organized and excellent time management skills as you will be working on multiple projects at a time. Fast paced environment with attention to detail.
Job duties may include the following:
Blueprint and specification reading
Perform takeoffs with accuracy speed and efficiency
Getting quotes and ordering materials
Following up on leads
Proficiency in Microsoft excel , Outlook and computer skills in general
