Production Worker

Position Summary:
The Production Worker is responsible for accurately filling, assembling, and packaging products in accordance with company standards and production schedules. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain automated and semi-automated filling equipment.
- Fill, assemble, cap, and package products according to established specifications.
- Monitor product quality, ensuring proper fill levels, consistency, and presentation.
- Perform routine equipment setup, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and sanitation requirements.
- Complete production records, batch documentation, and inventory tracking accurately.
- Conduct quality inspections and report any discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts, material handling, and other production tasks as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or machine operation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and recordkeeping abilities.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and fine motor tasks.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in a production environment while meeting productivity expectations.
