DV Home Design Center is seeking an energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming showroom experience, building relationships with prospective customers, and supporting our sales team from the moment a client walks through the door or contacts our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet clients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude
- Create a welcoming showroom experience by offering refreshments and making clients feel comfortable
- Learn the showroom's products, materials, and services to confidently answer initial customer questions and introduce clients to appropriate products and solutions
- Qualify prospective clients by discussing their project goals, budget, and scope to determine the most appropriate sales manager or designer
- Coordinate with the sales team and understand each sales manager's workload to appropriately assign new showroom visitors and appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally, engage with prospective clients, gather project information, and schedule showroom consultations to ensure no opportunities are missed
- Assist with general sales support, lead tracking, appointment scheduling, and customer follow-up as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready showroom at all times
- Support the team with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the showroom
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Naturally outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport quickly
- Customer service, hospitality, retail showroom, or sales experience preferred
- Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently discuss kitchen, bath, cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and related home renovation products
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software like CRM systems etc.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
