Career Specialist needed full to help people connect to training and employment opportunities. Responsibilities include case management, case noting, outreach, eligibility determination, maintaining documentation, assessments, and guiding participants through individualized employment and training plans that lead to successful employment outcomes.
We are very customer driven to help our participants reach their goals. Ideal candidate will be experienced with case management, recruitment, and community engagement. Requires a customer service driven approach. BA/BS degree preferred. We offer health benefits and a 401k plan with contribution.

Pay: $20.19 - $23.60 per hour
