Trinity Manufacturing, an expanding specialty chemical manufacturing company located in the Pinehurst area, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of EHS&S Manager. Responsibilities of this position include the support of the site, with an emphasis on the operations and engineering teams in all aspects of plant-related environmental health, safety, and security; supports Process Safety Management (PSM) and maintains applicable portions of Responsible Care Management System (RCMS) and assisting others with special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years in EHS leadership, preferably in manufacturing or production settings
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, environmental regulatory compliance, and hazardous materials handling
- Experience implementing environmental management systems and conducting root cause analysis
- Certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus
- Excellent report writing, communication, and incident investigation skills
