<The Position>

<The Tasks>
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
- Manage patient records and update information accurately in the system
- Verify insurance details and process billing inquiries
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and organize patient charts and documentation for daily operations
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
- Assist with administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
<The Requirements>
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology is highly desirable
- Proven experience in medical administrative support or office administration
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
