What This Role Really Is
This is a retail, in-home closing role.
You are not dropping a number and disappearing.
You are not winging appointments.
You are:
- Running roof inspections
- Sitting at the table
- Presenting Good / Better / Best options
- Simplifying decisions

- Asking for the sale—clearly and confidently
Most deals close on the first visit. Follow-up is structured, expected, and tracked.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home roofing consultations and inspections
- Build estimates using RoofSnap and JobNimbus
- Present clean, confident options to homeowners
- Close residential roofing projects (retail & insurance)
- Manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy
- Partner with Inside Sales, Production, and Operations to deliver a top-tier customer experience
Who Thrives Here
- 1+ year of in-home or outside sales (roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, pest, alarms, home improvement)
- Comfortable on roofs, ladders, and job sites

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
