His Tea is looking for a friendly, energetic Tea Specialist to prepare and serve our hot and cold beverages, including specialty teas and smoothies. If you love creating great drinks and even better customer experiences, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do:
- Prepare and serve a variety of teas, smoothies, and other beverages
- Educate customers on our menu and recommend drinks based on their preferences
- Upsell featured and seasonal items
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory by restocking supplies as needed
- Keep the workspace clean and welcoming

Schedule & Hours:
- Committed hours per week: 20–25, 25–30, or 30–40 (depending on availability)
- Typical start: 11:45 AM (Mon–Fri), 10:45 AM (Sat–Sun)
- Typical end: 9:00–9:30 PM (Mon–Sun)
Compensation: Hourly wage plus tips
