The Team Lead responsibilities include, leading daily production operations by promoting a safe, high-quality, and efficient work environment while ensuring production goals are achieved. This role oversees employee training, staffing, process compliance, communication between shifts, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $19.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, required PPE, accident reporting, and 4S workplace standards.
- Train employees on quality procedures, production processes, work instructions, the Usui Production System, and ART-4S standards.
- Monitor production schedules, hourly output, staffing, and operator assignments to achieve daily production targets.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, manage attendance, communicate operational updates, and coordinate effective shift handoffs.
- Develop employee skills through training, evaluations, quarterly skill assessments, and accurate documentation.
- Maintain process compliance, identify improvement opportunities, support work instruction development, respond to production abnormalities, and perform equipment startup/shutdown as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to train, coach, and develop employees while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing production needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and documentation skills with the ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
