Fusion Dental & Braces in Hewitt is a high-energy, dual-specialty practice serving the greater Waco area with general dentistry, orthodontics, braces, Invisalign, implants, cosmetic care, and more all under one roof. We're growing and looking for a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our Hewitt team. If you love staying busy, take pride in clean clinical work, and bring a positive energy to everything you do then you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Assist our doctors chairside across general and orthodontic procedures
- Take digital X-rays and assist with imaging
- Prepare operatories and maintain sterilization protocols
- Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene
- Support patient flow and keep the schedule moving smoothly
- Help create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks in
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas RDA license is required
- At least 1 year Dental assisting experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and genuinely patient-focused
- Organized and detail-oriented (you stay a step ahead)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Reliable, positive, and ready to grow
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus as we proudly serve Spanish-speaking patients
