Our award-winning Independent agency is looking for enthusiastic, career minded rockstars to join our successful sales team. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for growing our auto & home insurance business. We are a fast paced agency and need a goal orientated, hard-working individual to keep us growing!
Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and present auto/home products
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Sales Agent Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license (ability to obtain)
- Sales experience required (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
