Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Storefront Associates. As a part of the Ideal Nutrition family, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best service and high-quality products. This is a fast-paced environment where a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability are essential. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions
- Stock products, including meals, drinks, and snacks, and ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory management
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including regular cleaning of workspaces and customer areas
- Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions and offering helpful suggestions
- Assist in maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Stay informed about various diets and nutrition options to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the storefront
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or foodservice environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Outgoing, friendly, and personable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating habits (preferred)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
