Maintenance Technician – Townhome Community (Eagan, MN)

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at our townhome community in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks that help preserve the appearance, functionality, and value of the property. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and ownership standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on townhomes and community common areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC , appliances, carpentry, and other building systems as needed.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing maintenance and make-ready work.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds and shared spaces.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies while completing all work.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure high-quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous property maintenance or general maintenance experience preferred (three years minimum).
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC (preferable MagicPak units), carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
Preferred Training:
- CPO - Certified Pool Operator (Preferred)
- Boiler license (Preferred)
Schedule: 8-hour shift – Monday through Friday, On Call Rotation every 6 weeks.

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
