Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble treat orders quickly and accurately following health and safety standards

Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction

Operate and maintain restaurant and chill equipment safely

Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer and work areas

Stock and rotate products properly to ensure freshness

Assist with daily prep work and thorough cleaning of the chill area

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal

Report any issues or unusual situations promptly to management
Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly under pressure in a high-volume environment

Capable of standing for long periods and working in varying temperature conditions

Strong communication skills and ability to read order monitors accurately

Adherence to food handling procedures and local health regulations

Positive attitude, good manners, proper hygiene, and punctuality
