Duties:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete surfaces
- Use hand and power tools to shape and finish concrete according to specifications
- Install flooring and trim carpentry as needed for concrete projects
- Assist with renovating and repairing concrete structures, including roofs and walls
- Operate heavy equipment for concrete pumping and other related tasks
- Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate placement of concrete
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on construction sites
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concrete finisher or similar role is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor in various weather conditions
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for concrete finishing tasks
- Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques for flooring installation is a plus
- Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes may be required
- Familiarity with operating heavy equipment such as mixers, pumps, or excavators is beneficial
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
