We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental in our beautiful Snohomish county practice on a part time basis (1-2 days week) . The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and techniques. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a wide range of dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and more, with a focus on patient-centered care and infection control.
The position is for someone part time if they are a good fit (1-3 days a week) with the ability to grow full time as the practice grows. Our current associate of 3 years is switching to part time and this gives a new associate the perfect opportunity to step in and become a part of our growing practice
-PPO/FFS patient base only. We do not see HMo’s
-2 years of experience is recommended but not required
-Our office see’s 75-80 new patients a month and our new doctors will get the majority of new patients to help them build their schedule over 3 months
-Our office performs oral surgery , dentures , implants, Invisalign, and root canals. Mentorship is available in these procedures. We want our associates to grow their skill sets and learn speciality procedure's
-Training in oral surgery, Invisalign is recommended and we mentor our doctors to get started

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments using dental terminology and medical documentation standards.
- Deliver various dental treatments such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and other restorative procedures.
- Utilize dental imaging and medical imaging tools to diagnose and plan treatment strategies effectively.
- Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures with expertise in pediatrics and oral surgery when necessary.
- Engage in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document treatments following medical terminology standards.
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote optimal patient care outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery within the dental clinic environment.
- Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to enhance clinical skills.
