Office Manager Hours & Benefits:

Office Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Foster smooth communication among staff and external partners
- Manage phone operations, addressing customer needs promptly
- Maintain accurate records and organize/file all documentation
- Interview, train, and supervise front office staff
- Ensure prompt payment of vendor invoices
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and other departments
- Perform other duties as required, within education and experience
Office Manager Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 2+ years of office management experience
- Relevant education in business administration
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
