Core Responsibilities:
- Build a personal database and work available opportunities when appropriate
- Respond to inquiries, qualify needs, and schedule consultations
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up tasks
- Participate in training and live practice sessions
- Support buyers and sellers through the process once licensed
