Dental Lab Assistant – Production (No Experience Needed, Paid Training)
We're a growing dental lab looking for dependable, hands-on people to join our production team. This is an entry-level role — no dental or lab experience required. If you're detail-oriented, good with your hands, and reliable, we'll train you on everything you need to know.
What you'll do:
- Clean up and finish crowns and restorations after milling
- Load and run restorations through the sintering machine
- Apply glaze and complete final finishing on crowns
- Follow our step-by-step workflows to keep production moving accurately and on time
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and up to quality standards
What we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and steady hands
- Reliable, punctual, and able to focus in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow established processes
- No experience necessary — we provide full paid on-site training
Pay & Benefits:
- $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
