Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine for our client in New Mexico!
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical care within an outpatient Family Medicine clinic setting.
- Manage a steady daily patient volume averaging 23 patients per shift.
- Utilize NextGen Healthcare EMR system for accurate charting, documentation, and patient tracking.
- Address clinical care needs resulting from an unspecified vacancy to maintain practice continuity.
Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with dedicated credentials in Family Medicine.
- Active state medical license (as required by the facility).
- Current certifications in ABLS, ACLS, and BLS.
Schedule
- Coverage Needed: Urgent availability requested starting August 1, 2026, on an ongoing basis.
- Shift Structure: Scheduled clinical hours only with no call requirements.
- Credentialing Time Frame: 30 days (Temporary privileges are not available).

- Expertise in delivering high-quality primary care within an outpatient clinical workflow.
- Technical proficiency navigating and thoroughly documenting within NextGen Healthcare EMR.
- Efficient time management to maintain a consistent pace of 23 patients per shift.

All travel expenses are reimbursed by our client and Orchard covers malpractice insurance with tail coverage!
